寧波銀泰項目位于寧波市東部新城核心區行政辦公綜合區南區（D3地塊），基地北至中山路、南至百丈路、東至院士路，西至河清路。
Ningbo Yintai project is located in the South Zone (block D3) of the administrative and office complex in the core area of the new city in the east of Ningbo. The base extends from Zhongshan Road in the north, Baizhang road in the south, academician road in the East and Heqing road in the West.

寧波東部銀泰城燈光結合建筑的呈現效果，利用充滿動態及現代品味的流線燈管設計，組合出完全開敞的空間形式，使建筑的夜景與周圍的環境之間成為一個有機的結合體。
